Though we strive to create your bouquet as closely to the picture as we can, occasionally, substitutions may be necessary.  Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.  In the event that substantial substitutions need to be made, we will make every effort to contact you with the information you provide during checkout.  Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our product, we are unable to carry all flowers seen on this website at all times.  However, given enough notice, we will place a special rush order with our distributors to fill your order.  We are always glad to help you with any special requests that you may have, if you call our shop directly.

Our shop serves the following areas:
Lenexa, Shawnee Mission, Shawnee, Leawood, Overland Park, Olathe, and Merriam.

Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
We are always open on Mother's Day.

Our delivery fee is based upon zip code.  We deliver to the following zip codes for a $10 fee: 66061, 66062, 66202, 66203, 66204, 66205, 66206, 66207, 66208, 66209, 66210, 66211, 66212, 66213, 66214, 66215, 66216, 66217, 66218, 66219, 66220 and 66221.  Zip codes 66224, 66226, 66227, 66103, 66105, 66106, 64111, 64112, 64113, and 64114 are a $12 fee, and 64108 and 64145 are a $15 fee.  Unless prior arrangements are made by phone, any deliveries that go to areas outside of these zip codes will be wired to another flower shop that serves that area.

Orders must be received before 12:00 noon to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day, unless prior arrangements are made by phone.

On orders placed at least 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.  Standard delivery times are between the hours of 10am and 4pm.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays.
